About TOCA Health
TOCA Health delivers care-management programs on behalf of private practices and medical groups — Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), Principal Care Management (PCM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI).
Practices choose full-service (platform, TOCA care team, and devices) or platform-only. We are paid per patient, per program, and we do not charge when insurance does not reimburse. Each onboarded patient is a sale.
The role
You sell to providers and practice managers. Sales owns the account from first contact through contract signature — not the Lunch & Learn or ongoing success work. Those belong to Customer Success after Closed Won.
Some practices already know RPM and CCM; you sell TOCA as the way to run them. Others need the programs explained first, then TOCA as the easy path. You will travel often, work hybrid from Woodland Hills, and run discovery, pitch, and deployment-plan meetings in the field.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify private practices and medical groups. Confirm whether they already know RPM, CCM, and related programs — and tailor the pitch.
- Book intro and discovery meetings with providers and practice managers.
- Capture specialty, payer mix, panel size, and estimated yield. Recommend full-service or platform-only.
- Run the pitch: walk through programs, handle questions, and confirm fit.
- Bring in the Deployment team for a deployment-plan call — workflow, staffing, space, devices, and timeline.
- Send the agreement, work redlines, and collect a signed contract.
- Handoff a clean Closed Won account to Customer Success with specialty, payer mix, panel, yield, service tier, and stakeholder notes in HubSpot.
- Keep the pipeline current: next meeting, stage, and the data Sales is expected to record.
- Travel to practices as needed. This is not a desk-only role.
What we are looking for
Required
- Experience selling to physician practices, medical groups, or healthcare services
- Comfort presenting to providers and practice managers, in person and on video
- Ability to qualify an account: specialty, payer mix, panel, and a simple yield story
- Discipline in a CRM (HubSpot or similar) — stages, notes, and next steps kept current
- Willingness to travel frequently in a hybrid schedule based in Woodland Hills
- Self-directed closer: you can run a process from first meeting to signature without being chased
Preferred
- Track record selling RPM, CCM, or other reimbursable care-management programs
- Existing relationships with independent practices or medical groups in Southern California
- Experience selling both a full-service offering and software-only
- Familiarity with Medicare reimbursement and “no reimbursement, no fee” economics
- Bilingual English and Spanish
Compensation and benefits
- Pay
- Base salary plus commission
- Schedule
- Full-time, hybrid
- Location
- Woodland Hills base with substantial travel to practices
- Health
- Medical coverage provided
- Time off
- Accrued PTO from day one
- Retirement
- Retirement plan available
Who thrives in this role
- You like being in clinics more than on a conference-only calendar
- You can teach a program when the buyer has never heard of CCM — and sell TOCA when they already run one
- You document the account so Customer Success can take it without a scavenger hunt
- You are motivated by commission and by practices that actually enroll patients
- You close cleanly and hand off — you do not need to own Lunch & Learn or billing training
Our programs
Full-service
TOCA platform, TOCA care team, and devices supplied and managed by TOCA.
Platform-only
The practice runs care management on TOCA as the system of record. You still sell the programs; they staff the work.
How we get paid
Per patient, per program, invoiced monthly. If the patient is not reimbursed, TOCA does not charge its fee.
TOCA Health is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
