Every device TOCA ships is a Tenovi direct-cellular device. Patients do not need Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or a smartphone. They take a blood pressure, glucose, weight, or oxygen reading and it transmits over the cellular network.

Do TOCA Health devices require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
No. Every device TOCA ships is a Tenovi direct-cellular device. Patients do not join a home Wi-Fi network, pair Bluetooth, or install a smartphone app.
Which Tenovi devices does TOCA use?
TOCA uses the cellular-enabled Tenovi catalog: the cellular blood pressure monitor, cellular blood glucose meter, cellular scale, and cellular pulse oximeter. Gateway or Bluetooth-only kits are not what TOCA ships.
What if the patient has weak cellular coverage?
Readings store on the device and upload the next time a cellular connection is available. The patient does not re-pair anything.
Who supports a broken or lost device?
TOCA handles fulfillment, warranty, and replacement so a failed device does not become a failed month of remote patient monitoring.
